How To Order

1. Go to the Crazy Crafts Website and click on the Order Now section

2. Fill out the Order Form 

3. Click the Place Order Button

Email after placing order

1. 1-3 business days later you will receive an email saying that your order is packaged and about to be shipped or is ready for pick up. (The email will include more specific information about your order depending on what payment and delivery methods you choose)

INFO On Picking Up An Order 

1. In 1-3 business days, we will send you an email saying that your order is ready for pick up. 

The email will include  the products you ordered, any discount codes, your name, email, address, phone number, the payment and shipping method, Crazy Crafts address, and a timeline on when you can pick up your order.

2. You will have 15 days to pick up your order and we accept pickups during our business hours. If it is not picked up by the end of the 15 days will cancel your order and you will not be charged.

3.  Pay Cash or Pay Online (Venmo or Paypal) You must pay us before we give you your order.

For Online Payments you will be sent a link in the Email to pay

INFO On USPS Delivery

1. In 1-3 business days, we will send you an email that says your order is about to ship

The email will include  the products you ordered, any discount codes, your name, email, address, phone number, the payment and shipping method, and a payment link (later on we will send you the USPS shipping info)

2. Pay online (Venmo or PayPal) You must pay us or we will not ship your package.

INFO On Crazy Crafts Delivery

1. In 1-3 business days, we will send you an email that says your order is about to ship

The email will include  the products you ordered, any discount codes, your name, email, address, phone number, the payment and shipping method, and when you will get your order

 2. Delivery destination must be within a 10 mile range from Crazy Crafts store location.

If you choose this method and your delivery destination is more than 10 miles away, we will give you the option to have it shipped USPS (extra $6) or you pick up order from Crazy Crafts location (FREE)

3. Pay Online (Venmo or PayPal) or Pay Cash. You must pay us before we give you your order.

For Online Payments you will be sent a link in the Email to pay

If a product you get is damaged

1.  Please go down to the message circle in the bottom right hand corner on our website immediately

2. Answer the questions and send it

3. They will get back to you within the next 1-2 business days and give you more information about this

If an order is lost in the mail

1. We are not responsible for lost orders in the mail.

These hours are when we are working. We are responding to emails, packaging orders, delivering orders, and making products. 

You are also able to pick up your order during our business hours.
